We treat every album like it’s our own family memory. Here’s what we do:

  • Your albums are picked up by a verified Rusticgram crew or logistics partner trained in careful handling.
  • Each pickup includes a digital check-in process (your order ID is linked to your bag).
  • All albums are scanned at our secure digitization studio with restricted access.
  • Albums are never left unattended, and we log every move internally—from pickup to return.
  • Once scanning is done, your albums are safely returned to you—at no cost.

We don’t outsource the care. We own it.

Let’s be real—this is the rarest scenario, and we’ve built our process to prevent it. That said:

  • We’ve never lost an album in our system.
  • In case of delay or damage, our support team will act immediately.
  • We also log every photo in our system once scanned, so even if something goes wrong (say, your cat eats the album later), your memories are still preserved digitally.
